  • Manager - Human Resources with Citicorp Overseas Software Limited (COSL), a Citibank subsidiary from August 1989 to December 1995.
  • Personnel Executive with engineering organisations in Bombay and Madras from May 1985 to July 1989.
  • President of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS) – a personal growth organisation from January 2005.
  • Professional Member of NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science, USA.
  • Trainer and presented papers on culture building, diversity training, self-differentiation and large group change interventions.
  • OD Consultant – worked both internally in Citicorp and PRT as well as consulted with organisations like Traveler’s Insurance in USA.

Madhukar Sakorkar or Sharad, as he prefers to be known as, is an HR professional with more than three decades of experience in top multinational and Indian Houses. Helping individuals, teams and organisation to grow is his passion.

Having been a part of the corporate world for so long, Sharad is able to quickly grasp the needs organisations have. He is known to create and deliver customised interventions – workshops and programmes – aimed at accomplishing precise deliverables and accelerated learning.

He has vast experience in various aspects of talent management – Personal Growth, Interpersonal Skills, Effectiveness in Leadership and Managerial Roles, Managerial Skills, Career Counselling, Mid-career Coaching, Mentoring, Developing Leadership Pipeline, Building High Performing Teams, Building Inter-team Collaboration, One-on-One Executive Coaching etc.

He is a professional member of Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) and Qualified MBTI professional.

Sharad is trained by Center for Creative Leadership, USA, (CCL) as a Master Coach and is empanelled by CCL as Coach for Asia. His last full time assignment was Regional Head of HR with Mahindra British Telecom (now Tech Mahindra).

Bilol Bose or Bilol specialises in comprehensive competency-based People Process interventions with deliverables ranging from developing competency models to designing and conducting Assessment and Development Centres. He also loves the challenges of designing and delivering management development programmes, focussed specifically on building the leadership pipeline. He works passionately towards creating something new in meeting client needs, rather than delivering of-the-shelf solutions.

He was a Professor of OB and HRM in S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai in his last full-time assignment. Prior to that, he had headed the HR and OD processes in several large organisations in diverse industries, in a dynamic career spread over three decades.

Bilol is also a professional member of Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS).

Dilip Panikker or Dilip is a psychologist and specialist outbound trainer. As a psychologist, he has developed significant insights into understanding the behaviour of people and their motivations. As a corporate trainer, he has successfully completed several hundred outbound programs for various organisations. He also has worked in areas such as assertiveness skills, personal development, coaching and mentoring.

In his last full-time career, he headed the department of Psychology at Vivekananda College, Mumbai. He has developed several psychometric tools for organisations.

Indu Kohli or Indu, as she is fondly called, is often known to her clients as a spontaneous creative trainer. Known to put creative training designs, thinking out of the box, and developing individual and group capabilities in discovery of potential.

Her last full time assignment was Director, Training Asia Pacific, for the largest housing NGO in the world, Habitat for Humanity International.

She is recognised for niche training products in the area of Mentoring, Training of Trainers segments, Counselling, Cross Cultural understanding and Integration.

Her experience is vast, having worked over 27 years in this field with large as well as start up organisations.

She is a professional Member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences.
